Current CDA Projects-Rebuilding Freeport
 3 Main Street 3 North Main Street
Work started in May 2009 and is expected to be completed in June 2010. Total rehabilitation of the structure for use as The Main Street Dialysis Center on the main and lower floors, with medical suites on the second floor. It is an elevated building for handicap accessibility.

14-16 Brooklyn Avenue
This is a high-end cabinetry woodwork shop. The plan is to remove concrete blocks in window openings, install new custom windows with signage and awnings, clean & repoint existing brick and add exterior lighting. The first floor will become a furniture showroom with offices and living quarters on second floor. Work to start approx 12/15/09 and be completed by July 2010.

The FCDA is only involved in the replacement of four signs with awnings and exterior lighting. There are four existing businesses, a Restaurant, Card Shop, Deli, and a Laundromat. Work is expected to be completed by 12/15/09.
